Terms & Conditions

• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date is calculated from the purchase date and will not be printed on the certificate.
• Redeemable against treatments and retail products sold by Autumn Harmony only.
• Delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are entered correctly.
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• No change will be given; any remaining balance must be used within the validity period.
• Appointments are subject to availability and Autumn Harmony’s booking and cancellation policy.
• As this is a digital product delivered immediately, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the E-Gift Certificate has been issued.
• This certificate does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
