All treatment bookings and Consent/Consultation forms are also now available online. I use a system managed by Faces Consent for all treatment bookings and consent forms,  which also takes your payments securely once your treatment has been completed.

You can also select how you wish to pay for your treatment at the bottom of the consultation/consent form. Please note that I am not a Credit Broker or authorised to offer finance. If you select the finance option, I will then forward you the link to refer you to Faces for the short finance application as it is managed by them as the authorised Credit Boker.
