I'm a Level 4 Qualified Skin Specialist and Holistic Therapist with nearly 15 years of experience in advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, and holistic therapies. I'm passionate about helping women feel their absolute best — through real results, personalised care, and treatments that support not just your skin, but your overall wellbeing. I'm also a busy mum of two, and that lived experience shapes everything I do. My Journey into Beauty & Holistic Therapy
I began my journey in the beauty industry at 30 — and now, as I approach my mid 40s, this work has become more than just a career, it’s truly my calling.
After the birth of my daughter Autumn, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful and flexible for my family. I returned to college and advanced my education to Level 4, building a strong foundation through NVQ/VTCT training.
Eight years ago, I made the decision to leave my career in finance and fully step into the beauty industry. I started by running my own business alongside working in salons, and over time, that evolved into what is now Autumn Harmony.
The Meaning Behind Autumn Harmony
The name “Autumn Harmony” is deeply personal.
“Autumn” is named after my daughter — my inspiration and the reason I took the leap into this industry.
“Harmony” represents what I aim to create for every client — balance between skin, body, and mind.
What began as Autumn Beauty Therapy, then evolved into Autumn Beauty & Aesthetics, has now grown into Autumn Harmony — a brand that truly reflects the combination of advanced treatments and holistic care.
From Beauty to Holistic Healing
Interestingly, it was my clients who encouraged me to embrace my holistic abilities more deeply.
Time and time again, clients would tell me that my holistic treatments felt more impactful than anything they had experienced before. That feedback led me to invest further into developing my natural healing abilities and integrating them into my work.
Today, I combine advanced skin treatments, aesthetic services, and holistic therapies to deliver a more complete, results-driven experience.
Experience, Training & Expertise
Over the years, I’ve invested thousands into advanced training, continually expanding my knowledge and refining my skills. My background through the NVQ/VTCT pathway has made me a well-rounded therapist, able to deliver a wide range of treatments safely, professionally, and effectively.
I’m especially passionate about skin health and advanced skincare, massage therapy, and treating the body, mind, and spirit holistically — tailoring every treatment to your individual needs, not just treating symptoms, but supporting long-term results.
