The Crown Ritual combines two deeply complementary therapies into a single, seamless 90-minute session — beginning with a full Indian Head Massage to release physical tension from the scalp, neck and shoulders, followed by a Reiki energy healing treatment to restore balance, calm the nervous system and support a deep sense of inner harmony.

Indian Head Massage works directly on the crown chakra — the energy centre associated with clarity, connection and higher awareness. By opening and relaxing this area physically before the Reiki treatment begins, the body is better prepared to receive and respond to the energy work that follows. The result is a treatment that is greater than the sum of its parts.

What The Crown Ritual Includes

Indian Head Massage (approx. 30 min) — a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique working on the scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back to release muscular tension, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation. No oils are required, though they can be incorporated on request
Reiki energy healing (approx. 60 min) — Usui Reiki channelled to support energetic balance across the whole body, with particular attention to the crown and upper chakras following the massage

What to Expect from The Crown Ritual

Consultation — a brief conversation to discuss how you are feeling, any areas of physical tension, and your intentions for the energy healing portion of the session
Indian Head Massage — you remain seated and fully clothed. Camille works through the scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back using traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques
Transition — you move to the treatment couch for the Reiki portion of the session, remaining fully clothed in a comfortable, relaxed position
Reiki treatment — Camille channels Reiki energy through a sequence of hand positions, supporting balance across the physical, emotional and energetic body
Integration — a gentle close to the session with time to return to full awareness, followed by a brief discussion of your experience

Do I need to remove any clothing?
