Bespoke full body massage (approx. 60 min) — a tailored massage working across the back, shoulders, legs and arms to release muscular tension, improve circulation and support deep physical relaxation. Pressure and focus areas are adapted to your individual needs
Reiki energy healing (approx. 30 min) — Usui Reiki channelled to support energetic balance and nervous system restoration following the massage, deepening the physical relaxation already achieved
