If you are new to Autumn Harmony, a Bespoke Facial is always the recommended starting point. This allows me to carry out a full skin consultation and analysis before recommending the most appropriate treatment plan — which may include upgrading your treatment on the day if a more targeted option is better suited to your skin.

Do I need a consultation before my first Facial?

Yes — a thorough consultation and skin analysis is carried out at the start of every first appointment. This ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your skin. Please complete any pre-appointment forms sent to you before your visit.

How often should I have a Facial?

For general skin maintenance, a Facial every 4–6 weeks aligns with the skin's natural renewal cycle. For more targeted concerns — such as pigmentation, acne, or ageing — a more frequent programme may be recommended initially, particularly if you are undergoing a course of Chemical Peels or Microneedling.

Can I have a Facial if I have sensitive skin?

Yes — all treatments at Autumn Harmony are tailored to your individual skin. Sensitive skin is assessed at consultation and products and techniques are selected accordingly. Please mention any known sensitivities, allergies, or skin conditions when booking.

Do I need a patch test before a Facial?
