Curious about Reiki or energy healing but not sure where to start? The Reiki Taster Session is a gentle, accessible 25-minute introduction — designed for those who have never experienced energy healing before and would like to explore it before committing to a longer session or course.

At just £25, it is the lowest-barrier way to experience what Reiki feels like, ask questions in a relaxed and unhurried environment, and discover whether energy healing is right for you. Many clients who begin with a taster go on to book a full ritual or a course of sessions — but there is absolutely no obligation to do so.

Delivered by Camille, a qualified Usui Reiki Level 2 practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience in the beauty and holistic industry, and a Level 2 Master of Energy Healing and Energy Channelling with The Spiritual School.

What does Reiki feel like?

Experiences vary between individuals. Many clients report warmth, tingling, deep relaxation or a sense of calm during the session. Some feel very little physically but notice a shift in mood or energy afterwards. There is no single correct experience — Reiki works differently for each person.

Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?

No — Reiki does not require any particular belief system. An open mind and a willingness to relax are all that is needed.

Is Reiki a religious practice?

No — Reiki is a holistic wellness practice, not a religious one. It is compatible with all faiths and belief systems.

Is the taster session suitable for complete beginners?

Yes — it is specifically designed for those who have never experienced energy healing before. Camille will guide you through everything before the session begins.

Is Reiki safe during pregnancy?

Reiki is generally considered gentle and safe, but please consult your midwife or GP before booking if you are pregnant.

Can I receive the taster session remotely or at home?

Yes — the taster session is available as a distance session (via Zoom or FaceTime) or as a mobile treatment at your home. Please contact Camille to arrange, as these are not available for direct online booking.

What happens after the taster?

There is no obligation to book anything further. If you would like to continue, Camille will recommend the most suitable next step — whether that is a full 60-minute ritual, a specific modality such as chakra balancing, or a course of sessions for deeper work.
