Autumn Harmony offers a select number of mobile beauty appointments, bringing a full professional salon experience directly to the comfort of your own home. I set up a complete treatment space — including a professional treatment bed with full linens, treatment table, lamp and all equipment needed — so you can enjoy a high-quality treatment without leaving the house.
With nearly 10 years of experience visiting clients in their own homes across Surrey, Middlesex, North West London, West London, South West London, South London and Slough, mobile treatments are something I am very well practised in. In January 2026 I set up my own treatment room for the first time, and while the salon is now my primary base, I still offer a limited number of mobile appointments for clients who prefer to be treated at home.

What to Expect from a Mobile Appointment
A mobile appointment with Autumn Harmony is designed to feel as professional and relaxing as a salon visit — with the added comfort of not having to travel to and from the clinic! I arrive with everything needed to create a calm, luxurious treatment environment in your home. You simply need to provide a suitable space with enough room for me to set up my treatment bed and table comfortably.
Mobile appointments are ideal for clients who:
- Prefer the privacy and comfort of being treated at home
- Have limited mobility or find travelling to a salon difficult
- Would like a treatment as part of a special occasion at home
- Are existing clients who have previously experienced mobile treatments with Autumn Harmony
How the Booking Process Works
Mobile bookings are handled slightly differently to salon appointments. Here is what to expect once you get in touch:
- Get in touch — contact me with your preferred treatment, location and a few date and time options
- Confirm a time — once we have agreed on a suitable date and time, I will manually add your appointment to my booking system
- Consultation forms & payment — you will receive an email from Faces Consent (my booking system) containing your online consultation form and payment options. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox
- Complete your forms & pay your booking fee/deposit — your booking is not confirmed until your consultation form has been completed and your booking fee or deposit has been paid. The deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day
- Your appointment — I will arrive at the agreed time and set up your treatment space, ready for your appointment to begin
Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase a gift card on the website prior to booking and use this to cover the cost of your treatment or deposit.
Mobile Treatment Fees & Travel
Mobile appointments are priced differently to in-salon treatments to reflect the additional time, travel and setup involved. Please note the following when enquiring:
- Minimum booking value of £50 applies to all mobile appointments
- Mobile treatment fees are higher than the equivalent in-salon treatment prices

- Travel fees may apply depending on your distance from Ashford TW15 — see below
- I attend properties broadly within a 10-mile radius of TW15 (Ashford, Surrey). Please contact me if you are unsure whether your location is covered
Travel Fees
All distances are calculated by driving distance from Ashford TW15 — not as the crow flies:
- Within 5 miles — no travel fee
- 5–10 miles — £10 travel fee
- 10–15 miles — £15 travel fee
- 15–20 miles — £20 travel fee

Property & Parking Requirements
Due to the amount of professional equipment I bring, I can only visit properties that are on the ground floor. I also need to be able to park directly outside or very close to your property for the full duration of my visit.
If your property is in a permit parking zone, you must be able to provide a valid visitor permit for me to display for the duration of the appointment. Any parking charges (such as parking meter fees or permits) will be added to your treatment total where applicable.
There must be sufficient space in your chosen room to set up a full treatment bed and table safely and comfortably.
Setup & Visit Times
Please bear in mind that a mobile appointment takes longer than the treatment time alone. I require approximately 20 minutes to bring all equipment in and set up on arrival, and a further 20 minutes to pack down and exit at the end. This means my total time at your property will be around 40 minutes longer than the treatment duration itself.
Please factor this in when planning your day, and ensure you are available for the full visit window rather than just the treatment time.
Booking Policy for Mobile Appointments
The following booking conditions apply to all mobile appointments:
- Patch tests are required at least 24 hours before treatment for lashes, LVL, tinting and glycolic 40% peels. A patch test fee applies (£10 for mobile, redeemable against your treatment if you proceed). If you have had a patch test during a previous appointment, no additional fee applies — however, insurance requires a new patch test if you have not had the service for 6 months or more
- Chemical Peels: if you wish to book a Chemical Peel, you must have had at least one Bespoke Facial service with me first, so that I can assess your suitability and carry out a patch test
- By booking a mobile appointment, you agree to the travel fee and booking policy outlined on this page
Which Treatments Are Available Mobile?
I am fully insured to perform my complete range of beauty and holistic treatments on a mobile basis, with the exception of certain advanced clinical treatments which must remain in clinic for health and safety reasons:
- Facials (including Chemical Peels and Microneedling) — available mobile ✓

- Skin Boosters, injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments — clinic only, due to health and safety regulations and professional best practice. These treatments require a controlled clinical environment and cannot be performed in a home setting

Can I use a gift card to pay for a mobile appointment?
Yes — you are welcome to purchase a gift card on the website and use this to cover the cost of your treatment or deposit. Gift cards can be purchased in any value and make a lovely gift for someone who prefers to be treated at home.
What availability do you have for mobile appointments?
One of the key benefits of mobile bookings is greater flexibility — I am able to offer a wider range of appointment times for mobile visits than is possible in the salon, including evenings and weekends. Please get in touch with your preferred dates and times and I will do my best to accommodate you.
How long will you be at my property?
Please allow approximately 40 minutes on top of your treatment time — around 20 minutes for me to bring all equipment in and set up on arrival, and a further 20 minutes to pack down and leave at the end. I will always aim to be as efficient as possible.
Do you need a lot of space for a mobile treatment?
I bring a full professional treatment bed and table, so I do need enough clear floor space to set these up safely and comfortably. The property must be on the ground floor, and I need to be able to park directly outside or very close by for the full duration of my visit.
What if my property has permit parking restrictions?
If your property is in a permit parking zone, you will need to provide a valid visitor permit for me to display for the full duration of my visit. Please arrange this in advance of your appointment. Any parking charges will be added to your treatment total.
Are mobile treatments the same quality as salon treatments?
Yes — I bring all of the same professional equipment, products and linens that I use in the salon. The experience is designed to feel just as relaxing and professional as an in-clinic appointment, with the added comfort of not having to travel.
Can I have a Chemical Peel or Microneedling at home?
Yes, both Chemical Peels and Microneedling are available as mobile treatments. Please note that for Chemical Peels, you must have had at least one Bespoke Facial with me first so that I can assess your suitability and carry out a patch test.
Which treatments are not available mobile?
Skin Boosters, injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments are clinic-only due to health and safety regulations. These require a controlled clinical environment and cannot be performed in a home setting. View clinic-only treatments →
Do I need a patch test before my mobile treatment?
A patch test is required at least 24 hours before lash, LVL, tinting and glycolic 40% peel treatments.
